The pasta wasnt so good nice servise and high prices

Friendly staff but adequate service...The environment is nice if you are seated outside. I ordered the veal with mushroom sauce, whilst veal should be tender mine was tough: hard to chew and very tough to cut. Wouldn't really recommend

I've been going here for 4 years and brought dozens of guests with me. Tonight changed everything!!!I ordered the T-bone at 44 euros. I specifically asked for it to be medium rare LIKE THE PHOTO!!!! They brought it out as medium to well done. I sent it back TWICE!!!!!! They refused to budge saying it was medium. Rare!!!!! It was not. TWICE I RETURNED IT!!!!!@!!I had ordered a bottle of wine 31 euros a bowl of pasta. They even charged me 1 euro for the bread!!!!I've patronized this restaurant for 4 years. I will NOT BE GOING BACK. IM SO ANNOYED!!!!This is what ANNOYED me they called the owner. He couldn't be reached. So.... I'll be going to the only other restaurant in this market Nautilis. Great food. Great service!!!!! I visit Vienna 3to 4 times a year with many guests. We will NEVER GO BACK!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT LONG TERM GUESTS??????

Just had an amazing venison steak dinner here. Great service from Antonio, and the dessert was delicious too - winter dessert (baked apple, ice cream, caramel and cream), yummy. A really nice place to round off our trip to Vienna. Would definitely recommend.

one of the worst italian restaurants in the world if not the worst.. 👎👎👎.. the female manager is very rude and the waiter recommended a dish because it's expensive not because it tastes good .. it tasted very very bad.. then the manager didn't offer any solution.. worst restaurant ever..

Amateur and patronising customer service. The kitchen served the mussels uncooked and icy, and what comes to the service they forgot the bare essentials such as serviettes and bread that were included in the menu. Do not expect an authentic Italian experience because it’s far from it. At least I got the tip back which is apparently included in every order regardless of whether or not they deserve one. The team does work hard and get in the effort, but the result was unfortunately chaos. Luckily, the food tastes good!

Schnitzel was fine, but nothing special. The bill can surprise you. They add 10% tip and 1euro per person for table set.

The service is pure trash ,simply awful . The food wasn’t the best : my beef was over cooked . They brought the second course before the first and forgot my wife’s order . The worst restaurant I have ever been to . DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I usually never write reviews ever BUT I want to save you a trip to this hell hole. The food wasn't even that bad, not gonna lie but the waiters completely disrespected us, making us feel extremely unwelcome. Out of pure decency I tipped the waiter nonetheless, he took my money with a scoff. All in all, it WILL make your trip to Vienna unforgettable, but sadly not in a good way. (But hey they have radiators outside their place so thats a plus)

Such an annoying place. Bad food. Totally overpriced. And extremely unfriendly. Actually a sad experience and a waste of an evening when so many great places are available in Vienna.

Total tourist trap. If you're marching up Naschmarkt looking for space with a big group this could be your only option. Food wasn't bad, but service terrible and had bag taken there.

Just regular food but the atmosphere of the market is awesome.

With alot of restaurants around this one did catch my eye. The staff are very friendly and the food was wonderful. I had asked for my beef to be medium yet was quiet dry yet still full of flavour. Lamb chops are a must have tho. For the portion you would recieve the prices are high. I would recommend to family and friends.

Worst service I ever had. Bad food, overpriced and horrible service. Also check for the excessive amount they charge for service they don’t deliver!

You can read my long review on TripAdvisor. This establishment is dishonest and will overcharge you every way they possibly can. I don’t recommend going there, but If you do, look at your bill closely. I plan to write Naschmarkt and let them know the kind of dishonest practices that are going on at this place. This is not at all common in Austria.

We really enjoyed the restaurant, the portions were big the foods were delicious. Before our courses arrived they brought us apperatives free if charge.The waiter, Tony was very nice and enthusiastic.

Food was quite expensive and not particularly special. But the strangest part was that we were asked to move to another table halfway through eating our food to make space for another group. Being rushed to move our coats and drinks and plates whilst trying to eat is not my idea of good service!

Extremely bad service. Staff was very rude, they tried to rush us from our table (brought the check while 2 of us were still eating). They had the balls to charge almost 2 euros / person for service we didn't receive at all.Food wasn't any better. Pizza was very poor, the toppings didn't even cover half of the pizza.

The food was really good ! The only problem was that they charged A LOT just for water and also for the “courtesy” bread. At the end they added even more to the check for sitting outside (which I understand, but thy went went too far) and taxes and we ended up paying even 10 euros more just because ... so not cool. But besides paying basically for breathing there the food was good.

It pains me to give this review, because the food is actually good...But the service... oh the service ruins it all.I would advise you to carefully check your bill before you pay. There might be charges for things you didn’t order, or automatically included tip, etc.Our experience..., when we got the bill..., well apart from the fact there was ‘coperto’, which I can actually accept given they give you a basket of bread with dips for starter. There were things included, which we actually did not order (additional glass of juice, second basket of bread for 2x the price of the first one) plus...tip of €10. I would have included a tip anyway, but to just assume it like that (on top of all non-ordered items). It just got me passed.

Service ok but pizza with sugar in the tomato sauce is not really italian pizza and neither "napoletana". I don't know if it was an accident but it's a pity because the other ingredients were pretty good ( bufala mozzarella, dough, rucola and parmesan cheese).A pinch of sugar in the tomato sauce can reduce the acidity but if you taste it while you are eating it means that it's too much indeed.The cook should pay more attention.

The carpaccio wasn't the best, but the food was good. We sat outside under the heat lamps and stayed warm.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Sacha, the waiter, was super nice and very kind (something rare to find in the other restaurants of the city). Thanks again Sacha for your recommendation, the Ravioli Porcini and the wine was just so amazing! I'll definitely keep the Trattoria Pulcinella in mind in my next trip to Vienna. Cheers!

I had a wonderful time at Trattoria Pulcinella! I had a traditional schnitzel as the main course, draft beer and a delicious tiramisu for dessert. The place is lovely and the jazz music that was playing really added a great touch. Everyone was really nice from beginning to end, including the chef and especially a super lovely waitress named Damjana, who I now consider my trip friend. Totally worth it.

Tried Salmone Pasta and hard any pieces of Salmon....Not Worth it......Very Slow service..

Don’t waste your time (literally), because we waited 90min for our food and only one dish arrived... eventually.They also tried to charge me for the cutlery that we didn’t even use. Rude staff... one of them even threw my change on the table. The only good thing was was the (overpriced) beer!

Had a fantastic meal on Christmas eve when most places in Vienna were closing the staff were great.

If you want to eat Italian, avoid this restaurant. They charge a lot for what they offer. They will "offer" you some bread that they will charge so at the end you will pay some 10€ more for the Bread and the "Service". If you pay with cash, they will try to force you to tip then, by using the excuse that they don't have any change. There are better options nearby.

Bad food, bad service and overpriced

They charge 1.5 euros for tableset per person and also extra charge for bread. Food is average.
